Yes… I found the files and it works great !!!

Its in: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Software Licenses\B488C000.dat
On Vista.

May be it is because of Vista new architecture. I don`t even know.

Now i cant use 3dsmax anymore…

Hi Phil,
I don`t even know if it will be work in vista x64. But you can try any way.

You have to delete .dat files in your directory \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\Software Licenses\

!!! May be your folder \Application Data\ is hidden in basic options. Unhide files and folders in folder options.(Tools>Folder Options>View>Show hidden files and folders)

After that you should run 3dsmax as you always do. And when it ask for product activation just activate it, as like first time activation.
